Jeff started his career with North Comm in July of 2007.  A veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, he brought many skills and much life experience with him. He has rapidly assumed a position of responsibility, filling multiple important roles in the communications center.  As a Communications Training Officer, he is responsible for the on-the-job portion of initial dispatch training, a rigorous process for trainer and trainee both.  His high ability and passion for training is obvious; in July of 2009 he managed the academy portion of classroom new-hire training as the Lead Instructor and most recently has been promoted to shift supervisor.

Jeff is the peer-selected Dispatcher of the Year for 2007-2008.   Some of the comments made in his nominations were:
