THE MDC CALL MASK

Linda Vista & South Rancho Santa Fe Rd

2009-FB-5746

Patient is in a White Mitsubishi Eclipse 50 yards past the intersection with hazard lights on, has a dog (poodle) in the rear of vehicle by the name of “lucy” which is known to bite unfamiliar people.

Both units copy information.

As you answer the dispatchers questions, they are sent live to responding units via the MDC to better assist them in providing you the best help.  This screen is also where units turn to for information on patients location, gate codes, key locations or other information provided by you, the person calling for help.

These 4 buttons allow responding units to either get turn by turn directions to the emergency or plot the call on the map

When this button is lit up, responding units can click on it to see the layout of the building or complex they are going to.  It allows them to see apartment maps, blue prints, dangerous items in the building and other pertinent information.
