Heartland and North County Dispatch JPA will start introducing field personnel to a new way of submitting what has been commonly refereed to as a “Comm. Report.”  The Tech Excel system allows approved users with an internet connection to submit a problem ticket which then gets auto forwarded to the IT individual responsible.
